If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email support@ashob.com or 410-941-9558 within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line ‘CHANGE OF ADDRESS’ and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.

If your order status is shown as ”processing’ this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.

• Use your own valid debit or credit card, or other accepted payment method, to pay (no prepaid cards).

A partial payment of $2.99 is required to be paid before your order will be shipped.

• The full balance payment is charged when the Merchant delivers your order (this is usually the shipping delivery confirmation from the postal company provided to you by the merchant for your online orders from ashobmart.com).

• The outstanding balance  are automatically charged on the delivery of your product or we may send  you an invoice to your email address and via SMS with a link to pay.

Send us a message with the subject “cancel my subscription” to +1410-941-9558 and we would help you cancel it.

WHAT IF I HAVE AN ORDER IN TRANSIT CAN I STILL CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

If you have any order in transit. We would charge you for the total order amount immediately, then cancel your subscription.

All of our parcels are shipped with united states Post office or from other shipping method shared with you with your tracking.

Tracking Instructions:

1. You will receive your tracking number by email after your order has been  dispatched.

2. Go to click here and enter your tracking number and press the track button. You will then see the progress of your parcel.

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email support@ashobmart.com or 410-941-9558 within 2 hours of making your purchase with the subject line of this email must read ‘CHANGE OF ORDER’ or ‘CANCEL ORDER’ and our team will be back to you shortly.

Shipping from our  warehouse within the states will take between 3-5 working days. shipping from our warehouse outside the States  will take between 9 to 15 days but you will not be charged until your product has been delivered to you.

Check your email for an invoice from ashobmart. click on the invoice to view,at the top left corner,click  the GREEN button that reads ‘pay with stripe’select the smaller amount of $2.99 and continue to the next page to complete your partial payment.

NOTE:YOUR PARTIAL PAYMENT OF $2.99 MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE YOUR ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED.

After a successful and fully paid transaction, you have 15days only to ship back the product you ordered if  the item you received is broken, damaged, or you’ve received a wrong product different from what you’ve ordered.

The product must be in original pack and  not show any sign of tearing or worn.

You are required to send picture evidence to support your refund claim anytime.

Once we receive and confirm the item, you will be refunded the total amount that you paid for the item excluding your non-refundable subscriptions fees.
